Leonard Henny, the originator of “The Nomad” lived in mobile houseboats en Amsterdam, Ouderkerk and Nieuwersluis. Apart from Holland, he lived in Berlin, Cambridge, Mass, San Francisco, St. Lous Mo., Micronesia and Venezuela. He traveled to many other places on the globe.
Spiritually Leonard moved from a carreer in Sociology, to Documentary Filmmaking, ending up at last in Aquatic Architecture, which led to the birth of “The Nomad”. “I can’t wait to float that home from Magdeburg (East Germany) to Nieuwersluis in The Netherlands” says the 74 year old globe trotter.
